Last month we were in the process of having a basement window replaced with an egress window when the installer discovered that the existing window had been cemented in and the only way to complete the installation was to cut the foundation. They recommended Eastern Concrete Cut & Core, spoke with Marc who booked us in for the following week even contacted our window installer to make sure they would be there at the same time.
